There is a 20% service fee and a 7.975% sales tax added to all Food and Beverage packages. Security is required for all events and is charged separately.
Yes, there is a large paved parking lot with 240 parking spots and sidewalks leading directly to the wedding site. Overflow additional lots are available throughout the property.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour!
Tours are offered Tuesday-Friday from 10am to 3pm and Weekends around our event schedule.
Step 2: Select Your Date
Most Couples Reserve Wonder Valley 12-18 Months in Advance for Peak Dates. All Dates are First Come, First Served.
Step 3: Sign Your Contract & Submit Your Reservation Fee
No date is held until your Contract and Reservation Fee is submitted. After the tour, you will get a custom proposal. You commit to the date and minimum at signing. Your food and bar minimum will be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to your event.
Step 4: Schedule Your Onboarding Call with our Team!
Once your date is booked, pop the champagne and let’s celebrate! Planning has officially begun and we are here to help! We will kick off the planning with an Onboarding Call to review our Welcome Packet, Your Contract, Sample Timeline, Sample Floor Plans and any questions you may have.
The property is 75 acres. Handicapped parking and handicapped-accessible restrooms are available. A handicapped-accessible sidewalk leading to the wedding site is also available. Our staff is also happy to help transport guests in need with our property golf carts.
All payments made to Wonder Valley are non-refundable.
Yes. Ceremony only events can be reserved for the Venue Rental fee on a given date.

All of the food is prepared and served by Wonder Valley chef and staff. Inquire within wedding services regarding outside catering. View our wedding menu.
No. Wonder Valley has a full license for wine, beer, and liquor. All alcoholic beverages served at the event must be purchased through Wonder Valley. Outside alcohol is not permitted and will be confiscated, with the exception of pre-approved wine or champagne which is subject to a corkage fee per bottle.
No worries about rain! Your ceremony can take place inside the reception hall or can still be held in the garden with your guests under our wedding canopies…all complimentary to you to ensure you still have a beautiful stress-free event!

Yes, Wonder Valley can arrange a dinner for you following your rehearsal. Please contact the Wedding Services Department to inquire for more information.
Overnight guests are allowed complimentary use of the recreation facilities, with the exception of the facilitated activities, such as the ropes challenge course, go-karts, and the equestrian center. However, our staff would be pleased to arrange these activities for you for an additional fee.
